Can your PC handle NFS most wanted 2012?
I just checked the iGPU of an Ivy-Bridge i5 with Most Wanted 2012. It averages 18 FPS at 720p, but drops to 13 FPS during intense gameplay. Your Ivy-Bridge i5 seems to have a stronger iGPU than mine.
Please try this patch and apologize for requesting another test.

If your budget is very limited, I suggest the HD 5770 1GB GDDR5 or the HD 5750 1GB GDDR5 for $20 (avoid the DDR3 versions).
With these cards, you can run Battlefield 3 at high settings in 1080p with 45-50 FPS, and also enjoy Most Wanted 2012 at 1080p with 60 FPS.
I have a total of 69 saves for that game, all of which are complete.
