Checking compatibility, I can run NFS Most Wanted 2012. To achieve optimal FPS, adjust the relevant settings and I’ll provide estimates for performance. Thanks in advance.

It won't be a usable experience unless you enjoy PS2-era visuals and modifying .ini files.

A long time ago I tried this game with these specifications:
i3 2100
6GB 1333MHz RAM
HD 6750 1GB GDDR5
It worked perfectly, as long as you have a suitable graphics card, otherwise the 750 Ti will be a great fit.

Use a dedicated GPU to achieve a reasonable frame rate in the game. Look for good deals on the used market.

It will be under 10 FPS unless you connect an OK GPU to it.

You won't achieve 23fps, no matter how low the settings are: https://forums.

I possess a vintage Ivy-bridge i5 machine, and you're interested in evaluating its iGPU capabilities within a particular game, though it offers a more robust GPU there.

Used Xbox 360 Console priced between $15 and $45
Need For Speed Most Wanted available for $4 to $5
Frame rate capped at 30 FPS, occasionally dropping to 24
Resolution slightly below 720p (1280x704)
Cheap way to acquire everything for around $20: Visit several pawn shops.
