I can say that for instance, Battlefield 4 on PS4 seemed quite blurry to me, possibly due to low settings or resolution. In contrast, running it on PC at Ultra made everything crystal clear and detailed. This is the only game I've ever directly compared. It might be more challenging to judge quality on other titles.
That's correct. I'm in agreement with BF4. Also, you can notice more distinctions between PS4 and PC.
