Can you find an alternative location for installing the software?
Every installer I have come across has an option to change the drive path, If you get your games in steam there is a way to change it too, but i can't remember how. If they don't give you the option to change the drive path there will more then likely be a reason for it.
I don't rely on Chrome, so I wouldn't be aware, but the installers I've seen usually offer an alternative if not.
This situation is unusual because Chrome and Chromium are primarily browsers that don’t offer any alternative options.
