To summarize, I returned the 6900xt for replacement. They conducted multiple stress tests—24 hours in Furmark, 18 hours in 3D Mark Time Spy, and 20 hours in Heaven’s Benchmark—and confirmed no problems with the card. It worked across several systems. I’m confident it’s the PSU that’s causing the spikes, so I’ll replace it.

For your interest, I upgraded to a larger power supply unit and the issue has completely resolved. The card is operating smoothly, possibly even improved compared to before.
