And neither is there anything we can confirm. What we know for certain is that you're aiming to make the complete opposite of what's correct.

I performed the calculation and obtained 2934 MHz. The task manager confirms this value under performance, memory section, with speed listed as 2934 MHz. This helps determine the RAM capacity you currently have (3200 or 2400).

Windows frequently displays RAM as nearly fully utilized.
This happens because Windows retains unused code in RAM ahead of possible immediate reuse.
To confirm genuine low RAM availability, open Task Manager while your game is running and choose the Resource Manager option.
Examine the Memory tab for a hard fault count. A rate around one per second suggests you might benefit from more RAM.
A hard fault halts your application until the issue is fixed, which can be frustrating when paired with a slow HDD page file.
Upgrading to an 8GB drive would increase total capacity to 24GB.
The 16GB unit will function in dual-channel mode, while the 8GB will operate in single-channel mode, a configuration known as flex mode.
However, mismatched RAM configurations can cause problems.
It’s advisable to replace your existing RAM with a 2 x 16GB package matching your desired speed.
Intel applications are generally unaffected by RAM speed changes. Graphics cards are the exception.
