Do you have a router or modem/router combo? Maybe check its logs if they are on and available. Who has full control over the router? You'll need that person's help. Another idea: is sure the shopping site and/or its website are still working? What about the hosting company behind it? Try searching online using business names you know, or ping the site with a computer tool. If those fail, call around for local numbers. Find someone who can answer your questions. The issue might not be on your side after all.

Just because I'm curious? I'd like to know if opening the website in Wayback Machine on a day when you were sure it worked would show something different. Try right-clicking anywhere on the browser where the site is supposed to be and choose "Inspect" or "View Source". If you see keywords like "<div>" or "<script>", then the site probably works. Next, try pinging the website. If that goes well, type in the website's IP address into your browser's address bar. You can also trace the route to the website. Open command prompt and type: ping (website name without parentheses or the " https://www." part). In case of it would be like this: ping For tracert, do the same thing as above. Note that these two commands are different and you need to press Enter when typing them. If both give a positive result, there might be an issue on their end. It's possible they have a cached version on their computer that loads fine for some reason. Also, ask your friends to open that website on their computers.

Here is a simpler version of that text:

You can look at the hosts file in this folder located here on your computer: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc. Try to visit the website using just an IP address instead of a name, and wipe your cache with these steps:
Run ipconfig /flushdns from your command line

Clear your DNS cache, or maybe try a VPN.
