I used to go to a local shopping website often to check for discounts, but lately, I can't get in. I've tried different browsers, turned off my WiFi, and used mobile data, yet it always shows nothing—a blank white screen instead of the site's content. I asked the web admin about this, and they said everything looks normal on their end; they don't see any issues. I can still go to other websites normally without trouble. Even though I've tried resetting my browser settings, that didn't help either. Maybe my IP address got banned? But I haven't done anything weird there; I just came over a few times a few days in a row looking for deals like any regular customer would.

You already cleaned your browser history and cookies, so now try opening the website again.

Yes. I have tried cleaning up the cookies but it doesn't work. My friend said I could have initiated their firewall because I visited too frequently. (In fact, I may only visit it a few times a day when I am taking a break, without VPN) However, it is a small site, is it common for a small site to practise this trick to improve their overall experience for other customers? i.e. adding limitations to someone who visits too often.

That doesn't really make sense. You talked about using both Wi-Fi and your phone earlier, right? Those use separate internet routes, so why are they acting up? Is there a special program blocking ads or some other software you're running that's messing with it?

Are you planning a trip from your job? Maybe your bosses or IT people have made it more difficult for you to leave the office.

Yeah, I tried turning off ad blocks first and it still didn't work for me. I also tried using a free VPN but that's not helping either. The only time it actually worked was when I used a brand new browser on my phone with the cellular network turned on. Then after just a few hours, everything started breaking again. This is super weird if you want to see what's going on. If you care about this stuff, feel free to tell me the link in a private message.

From the workplace: You can go to the office or use our equipment, network, and internet. If you leave your job site during working hours on websites that aren't for work, we might block those sites for your computer. This is especially important if you start using the system too much or leave it while eating lunch or taking a break.

It is not that way. My computer belongs to me, and I never went to the workplace on it.
