Stay focused on a single topic, the spaghetti minds won't assist you or others here.

I'll focus on using it for battle royale games such as Spelbreak and Fortnite, occasionally playing Minecraft, while ensuring I can maintain quality and handle Obs in the background often.

If you have no prior experience with construction, it would be challenging to advise you to immediately purchase components and start building. You may become frustrated. There are online tutorials available that can assist to some degree, but the initial attempt will likely be difficult due to many questions. Check YouTube for various helpful guides. Here are some suggestions:
1: If you decide to buy a ready-made version, share the link here beforehand so we can review it.
2: It could be beneficial to acquire a new or used PC priced between $300 and $700 just to learn. Disassemble it, reassemble it, and gradually build your understanding over time. There is no better alternative than having the actual product in front of you rather than only reading about it.
3: Seek out local junior colleges that offer courses where you can gain significant knowledge within a few months.
4: Attempt to find someone more experienced who can assist with assembly once you have selected the parts.

These games are straightforward to play. Would you need to purchase a monitor?

This task sounds simpler than it appears. You don't have to attend classes to assemble a PC. You can easily learn by watching YouTube.

It's likely you can find a PC capable of 144, but a monitor at 144hz costs around $150
