I've been using Windows 7 for a while now and really like it. I haven't tried Windows 8 before, so I'm unsure about switching. Recently, I encountered stubborn malware that keeps coming back despite using several removal tools. It's becoming increasingly difficult to deal with. I'm feeling frustrated and am considering a full reinstall. I got my current Windows 7 copy from a friend, but it's no longer available. Now I need to purchase a new version of either 7 or 8. I don't want to wait for a better update and just manage the problem until then. Any advice?
Windows 8.1 continuously used throughout the day. Rumors suggest Windows 10 is a budget-friendly option for existing Windows 8.1 users, offering enhancements. You can always switch to Classic Shell and skip Metro, though I didn’t use that since it’s easy to ignore.
Windows 8.1 is suspected to lead to a complimentary upgrade to version 10.
I once enjoyed Windows seven before moving to Windows 8.1. It really feels faster compared to the previous version.
