This crash report details a system-level error occurring on July 15, 2010, likely related to the SiUSBXp.sys driver within the context of an ASUS ROG MAXIMUS X HERO motherboard. The root cause is suspected to be memory corruption detected by the Driver Verifier, potentially triggered by an outdated BIOS version (v1602) compared to the latest available (v1901). This resulted in a `DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION` error (C4), indicating a driver-related issue. The dump file and associated details are provided as potential reference for future investigations or debugging efforts.

bios ver 1801 is fixed usb device issue so it looks like that was probably it. 1901 is cumulative so contains 1801.
For I moment there I thot you were booting windows off the usb not creating a bootable usb with the media creation too lol never mind either way it appears the bios update was the soln.

Everything is still working fine. It seems updating bios was the answer. Thank you!
