Open Device Manager, delete any Bluetooth-connected devices, set them as removed, then reboot the PC—driver should reinstall itself.

Absolutely, that's exactly what occurred and the issue continues.

I tried updating the drivers but Bluetooth remains unresponsive. It’s a frustrating situation.

Final attempt. Turn off automatic driver setup: Press Win+E to launch File Explorer, right-click on ‘This PC’, go to Properties, click Advanced System Settings, choose the Hardware tab, select Device Installation Settings, pick ‘No, let me choose what to do’, check ‘Never install driver software from Windows Update’, save changes, then restart. Uninstall and confirm removal of the driver, then reinstall manually.

I discovered I could connect with the devices I was already linked to, which resolved the issue. Now it works even though it says I’m already paired.
