Hi, I see you've been using a WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 card for some time. After installing the new motherboard with similar features, you removed your old card. You followed the prompts to install drivers and updated the Bluetooth settings, but now you're facing connection issues with previously paired devices. The system shows available devices but prevents pairing, and you can't access them. It seems like a driver problem might be the cause. Let's troubleshoot together—check if the drivers are still compatible or if there are conflicts.

Reinstall the drivers using the software provided with your motherboard or CPU. I recall getting the installation tools for my B550 WiFi board, which let me update, customize, and monitor all connected drives and software.

Open Device Manager, remove Bluetooth and Wi-Fi adapter, then right-click each and select Uninstall. Restart your computer afterward.

Open the device manager and check if you can simply delete it. Think about wiping everything and starting over with Bluetooth.

Make sure the chipset drivers are installed before proceeding.

Ensure Bluetooth services are active. Windows often disables them during actions like installing or updating BT drivers. This isn’t always your problem, but if the Bluetooth Support Service isn’t running, it won’t allow you to pair devices you’ve previously connected—even though it should, Windows sometimes behaves unexpectedly.

I'm sorry, I spent a lot of time handling this. I cleared all Bluetooth and WiFi connections, restarted my computer, and everything is back now. Still, I can't remove any paired devices or connect to them. It seems the drivers reinstall themselves every time I restart, which isn't working.

It seems you're considering a routine setup but feel unmotivated to repeat it. Think about backing up your files first, then cleaning the SSD, and finally reinstalling Windows and your apps. But since you've done this before, you might just skip it and prefer not to.
