You can remove the Bluetooth chip from your laptop and insert it into your PC if you're willing to explore the process. It might seem unusual, but it's technically feasible.

It probably depends on your laptop. Some laptops have a Wi-Fi/ Bluetooth chip in the form of a M.2 2230. In this case you should be able to put it in a desktop with a compatible M.2 Slot If it's an older mini pcie type card it may require a pcie to mini pcie card to be able to get it working. There's also a chance that it's directly soldered to the Motherboard in which case it may be easier to just purchase a pcie or M.2 wireless card.

It might work, but you’ll likely need antennas on your desktop. A simple USB adapter under $10-$15 should be cheaper than modifying the card.

They produce connectors that allow you to insert a laptop mini PCIe card into a desktop PCIe port. You’d also need one that provides external antennas, because laptops have internal wires in the screen bezel for their wireless connections. A USB Bluetooth adapter would be more affordable and simpler.
