Some of those apps come with the OS by default. So every time you make a new account, it comes with those apps. Others are just ads. You can disable the ads by going to the Start Menu settings and turn off suggestions.

I disabled the ads, yet every time I remove Candy Crush, it automatically reinstalls after I restart the game.

Remove the application, cut off the network connection, then power on the device again and observe if it reappears. This helps verify it's part of the operating system package.
