It isn't available publicly. Access is denied. Try the 3070 in another system. That's the best way to confirm functionality.

I completed some testing and found promising results. The 3070 functions on another system! Positive! My setup includes a GTX1050 (no power) and an RTX2070 (powered on, which also requires power—likely no PSU issue). The riser cable in my machine is PCI-e 4.0, while the ones I tested were PCI-e 3.0 and they worked. They passed through the riser cable and a secondary one I had. For the 3070... I configured my BIOS to enforce a PCI-e 3.0 connection. I adjusted settings like: PCIEX16 SLOT Configuration = Gen3, PCIe Slot Configuration = Auto (also tried Gen3), CMS disabled and enabled. My hypothesis is there might be a driver or BIOS setting misconfigured, or the riser cable/card limitations. What should I do next?
