This applies to streaming services. Twitch's ideal bitrate is around 3500 Mbps, though they accept higher values. OBS will warn you if you exceed it. Stick to 3500 for smooth 720p at 60fps; lower bitrates cause noticeable quality loss. Aim for 1000 Mbps or more to avoid poor video quality. Avoid anything below 1000 Mbps.
