Have you attempted a clean CMOS setup? It seems you've tried flashing it multiple times.

Yes, it happened multiple times and nothing started up, like the power button didn’t respond, but the Q-Flash seemed to function, the orange light flashed repeatedly until it stopped, and the fans turned on but still wouldn’t boot.

I attempted to reset the CMOS multiple times, but only flashed it ten times using the identical version. I then tried a different version at the end. The first time I powered it on after flashing, it wouldn’t turn on.

It's really unclear what's happening; all connections appear functional. The Q Flash seems operational.

It seems like you're expressing concern about the motherboard. Could you clarify what you mean? Are you noticing any issues or symptoms?

It seems the system might not be identifying the CPU properly, but the Q-Flash installation should have succeeded.

I never use those features... Should I reinstall the CPU and GPU?

Update bios using traditional methods. Access bios settings, connect via USB, and load the interface within BIOS.

I'm unable to start the interface, as it never turned on during the initial power-up.

I've always had this problem. Maybe switch to a different PSU? Or first reinstall the CPU—if it doesn't fix things, then maybe it's time to replace the motherboard.
