i built it fully assembled with a 9800x3d and 6400mhz ram, both in the 2x4 slots. it won't turn on at all, but bios flashed it on. after that, it still wouldn't power up. i re-flashed it several times—same version, another version, even a different one—but nothing changed. the cpu light comes on when i try to boot with q flash (biosflash), but it shuts off after a second and then the fans spin briefly before stopping. during bios flashes and repeated attempts, the fans run and then stop. i checked all cables and power seems fine since the bios worked. still no clear explanation.

Sure, I tried clearing everything except the NVMe SSD and flashed the BIOS, but it still won’t boot. Did I mess up the motherboard by doing that after all the components were put in? Is the board compatible with RDA? Will fixing this mean swapping out the motherboard, or is the CPU already bad? It was brand new, so what should I do next?

Have you attempted a complete power reset? If the wall outlet has a power control, turn it off, then restart the PC, and finally switch it back on.

Ensure the power switch remains inactive.

He displayed the PC about ten times, then turned it off, removed the power cord, reinserted it, restarted the computer, performed another BIOS update, waited until the orange indicator faded, attempted to boot the system, but the PC failed to start.

Navigate to the settings menu and make the necessary changes. If it still doesn't start, the system may be unresponsive.

I might say the motherboard is definitely bricked.

Don't worry. It won't turn on at all.

It seems like you're wondering if the motherboard might have been damaged somehow.
