It's almost entirely vacant... and it's quite unpleasant.

C3 offered some enjoyment but wasn't exceptional. It seems unlikely it still attracts many players. BF4 stands out with better gameplay and remains quite active despite its early struggles—around 22K players currently, peaking at about 40K on PC. Hardlines would probably find the numbers for BF4 more impressive than what they see now. BC2 still has a modest community, similar in size to Hardline, but I’d strongly suggest BF4. It has a larger player base, a more engaging experience, and most of BC2’s loyal fans are still around, especially those focused on TDM. Newcomers might find it less appealing.

BF4 player! Try Insurgency on Steam—it's really affordable and blends elements from COD4 and Battlefield.

Hardline has very few participants (around 1,500 daily PC users), which isn't much

Get BF4+Premium. It was $20 USD recently when I looked, not sure if it's still that price. It's definitely worth buying, particularly since Hardline operates as a PoS and we won't have another Battlefield for a while. http://bf4stats.com/ http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/ser...ns=8388608 I have about 13 64 player servers, plus a few dozen with 32 and 48 players. This covers mainly North America. It's roughly around noon on a Tuesday. I wouldn't think it's over."
