I've been testing several maps in a 64-player environment. On Operation Locker I'm seeing around 55-60 FPS with VSync enabled, while in MAP Siege Of Shanghai it drops to 30-37 FPS with VSync on. My rig specs include an MSI R9 280X (clocked at 1170 but pushing it higher), an I3 4150, and 8 GB RAM. My goal is to reach at least 45 FPS. Drivers version is 9.14.10.01080 with Catalyst 14.1. Settings are configured for high performance.

Seems off—check your current settings. Lowering them should help reach 60fps.

Disable Vsync for smoother performance. When enabled, frame rate drops to around 30 FPS and varies. Turning it off gives a stable 90 FPS with minor fluctuations.

Turn off the AA mode. Lower post processing to minimal settings. Even on my 780ti, I keep some on low/medium for smooth 60fps at 1440p. Textures are set to high, AA at 2x, and everything else at low (Mesh on ULTRA).

It should stabilize more consistently. Adjusting the settings to medium or low, turning V-syn off and anti-aliasing off, might help. Your specs seem capable of handling it—temperatures look fine.

I believe the Siege of Shanghai still faces some performance issues.
