Reduce the settings. F4 is very demanding on the CPU, and using a dual-core with high settings isn’t making it better. This issue also appears on my laptop.

BF4 performs poorly on Windows 7, demanding excessive CPU power—especially on certain maps and in 64-player servers. It struggles with lower configurations like 6-core i7. Windows 8.1 improves slightly thanks to DirectX 11.1 and its lighter footprint. Lower mesh and effect settings can make a noticeable difference.

Mantle functions well and is perfect for your configuration, especially with a weaker CPU. You should disable the post processing AA as it appears poor quality. MSAA uses a lot of resources—maximum two times—and I recommend not exceeding that. You can also boost the rendering resolution to 200%, which is about four times SSAA.

Bro, lower the overclock a bit because Mantle usually pushes your card to its breaking point.
