Hey! I’m searching for a reliable VPN that provides unlimited data, fast speeds, works on both iPhone and PC, and keeps your info private. You’re willing to spend around $10 a month. Let me know if you want some recommendations!

I rely on Private Internet Access. I changed providers in November once my Hotspotshield offer ended and it has worked well over the last three months. I intend to test NordVPN for about a month in February before committing to something longer-term. Neither PIA nor NordVPN collect user information.

TunnelBear's price is relatively high when compared to alternatives.

I currently use PIA and it's great with the exception that 90% of its IPs are blacklisted on Netflix. Their applications are fantastically simple, their servers are fast, and their plans are very cheap. I used Speedify for a few months but abandoned it when their PC application kept breaking after updates. I used TunnelBear for a month, but I the fact that they keep logs steered me away real quick. I used CyberGhost VPN for a year, but their servers are incredibly slow and their applications are overcomplicated. I would suggest that you wait for the next Humble Bundle PC Lover bundle and get a year-long VPN service to try for under $10.

I found useful details about various VPN services on thatoneprivacysite. I tested tunnelbear—it functioned well. It’s more affordable to sign up via the Apple App Store compared to Google Play. For privacy worries, you can use a fake Apple account to pay using cash-purchased iTunes vouchers. Similar approaches work with NordVPN and other VPN providers.

PIA certainly does, they prioritize customer privacy strongly. For long-term commitments, they offer a 2-year plan at $2.91 per month, though it requires a $70 upfront payment, which equals the monthly rate. Even without a commitment, their monthly option is just $7 a month, making it one of the more favorable choices for a pay-as-you-go model.
