The 11600k should work well. Handling multiple tasks won’t cause issues, and the RAM will be used more during multitasking. You might need to upgrade your GPU at least once or twice before moving on to the CPU upgrade. Regarding storage, I notice a lot of similarities—front panel type, 2 USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports. I prefer USB-C on the drive, but I’m not against ASRock models either. It would be wise to check reviews for any recurring problems before committing. Good luck!

This setup isn't recommended as it increases pressure on the memory controller.

i wouldn't be interested in adding extra load on the memory controller since I don't need a 2x16gb 4000mhz chip for 25€ more. i think i'll buy them and then just get another 2x16gb at that price later.

There's some small benefit if you have single rank DIMMS to use 4. It will behave like dual rank DIMMS. It can be slightly more stressful on the memory controller, but if you are achieving your desired frequency and timings then it is not a big deal. There's going to be a break point where more frequency and tighter timings are going to be better than simulating dual rank, but from a practical perspective it's a whole lot easier to just plop in 4 sticks and turn XMP on vs an exhaustive validation process of OCing memory manually. But sure, grab a 2x16 kit of dual rank memory is the easiest solution.
