don't know a thing about those dimms - won't be on the mobo qvl I'd be fairly sure. For basic bottom of the bucket, corsair vengeance lpx 3200mhz is the go to in the northern hemisphere. Or crucial. I scored a hit with kingston fury beast myself, on a day when the market was lo. Basically whatever is on the mobo qvl, pick one and search the model number. It can be hard to find an exact match.
But g.skill /samsung b - trident z neo, royal and all that - is usually the high end. G Skill ripjaws, aegis or flare x I think are their more uh accessible range. Sort of mid tier maybe.
At a glance the case looks good - dunno if it will have any peculiarities or snags but airflow options very good will probably do.
Mobo - haven't heard anything particularly evil about it but, it may require a bios update to run a 5600cpu which will leave you stranded since you can't even pwr it on without a compatible cpu to update the bios first.
Since people generally don't lend out am4 cpus with a 1151 pin grid array which can easily bend, you'd be stuck for that. It's also mATX - not particularly strong vrms and has 0% vrm heatsink coverage which means you will need that superb airflow to prevent thermal throttling.
And I'd prefer an aftermarket cooler - 5pipe single tower min. like something from the thermalright series if available in your locale.
I would not approve the mobo personally - could get away with it if careful.

if it's sealed new in the box with a tamper proof label. My personal view of open box cpus is the odds are less than 50/50 you get a working one. Might be superstitious of me, the world is free to contradict, if not persuade otherwise.

Thanks david, also there are this USED rig, I don't know what to get, should I just get all new parts for around 12.5k EGP (no ssd and stock cooler) or get this one but it's used

don't opt for the used one it will likely have an unrated PSU most probably. otherwise known as unxploded bomb. mobo is fine from a VRM perspective but may carry the unliked realtek acl 892/897 codec inside. that could cause issues. it has loudness equalization in rtek cpanel which is the only advantage. barely meets requirements but some games can disrupt audio quality. i've spent a lot of time with a third-party graphics card but haven't found good settings without spending much on headphones or speakers.
mem is what i'd consider if looking for a deal, though 32gb is now preferred. cpu is zen 2 instead of zen 3 and has a lower single-core score. if you can find it, i'd choose the 5600 esp especially at the price you mentioned if it's new. generally today zen 3 is favored over zen 2.
the case looks similar to what you chose anyway. swings, roundabouts, there might be some differences. it has many intakes, a top exhaust, and fan mounts.
the non-descript PSU is the main issue. a tier e unit could completely ruin your system on dayz.
