Following CoD5, WAW is an amazing game. For BF4, I haven’t encountered any of the issues OP mentioned. Except for those who spend their time only playing a specific role (usually jet or attack helicopter) on the battlefield, which frustrates me.

I consistently rank among the top 10 in Hardcore. Usually I get low scores since I lack certain weapon upgrades. Probably I can't aim as precisely as you.

You don't get low because you lack weapon attachments... They're interesting, but they don't significantly impact the outcome.

Tried the beta version, not sure if it got fixed. Time to end it quickly, since most people are using some easy-to-use option and you're dead in 0.5 seconds.

TTK should be reduced in value. It seems you're referring to the K10, which will see some changes coming up soon.
