I was tired of Battlefield 4. Nearly a year after its release it remains unstable. I finally decided to uninstall it completely. Clearly, the Battlefield line has really fallen apart. I enjoyed the earlier titles, particularly Battlefield 3. Now Call of Duty Advanced Warfare is coming out soon. Should we try it again? My last solid Call of Duty experience with solid gameplay was Black Ops 2. The original Black Ops didn’t do well, Modern Warfare 3 was entertaining, Modern Warfare 2 impressed, and even Modern Warfare was great for its era. I don’t like the single-player modes in any of these except Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, where the Spec Ops sections were engaging. My wife and I spent a lot of time in Spec Ops trying to rack up every achievement. The big question is: Has Activision fixed the series after Ghosts? And who else will be interested in Advanced Warfare? Honestly, I’m skeptical. If the DLC is only three or four maps with minimal weapons and priced low, I’ll walk away from their attempts to profit. It should offer around ten maps plus more weapons, making it worth millions for customers.

It seems better to revisit BF3. There are still many players around, and I believe COD won’t ever match the quality of Modern Warfare 2 again.

It's Activision, positioned just above EA, vying for the second-best position alongside Ubisoft. My thoughts on Call of Duty? Not much change there—especially not for PC. We'll see how time unfolds, but Sledgehammer has already proven what they can achieve with their work on MW3, which fell short even in its strongest moments.

Examine the actual situation. Avoid getting the code unless you truly want to.

I mostly concur since the only problems I faced were resolved about a year ago. The biggest issue I experienced was crashes in servers, which has lasted at least four months while I was playing.

There are still many players using it on PC. You could try starting it again if there are active communities online. It worked great on your PS3, but you might want to check current forums or platforms for support.

Check out toxikk, it's launching soon and seems promising based on what's available now.
