Most people will say no, yet I think I’ll try it. I’ve spent roughly 60 days on MW3 and similar time on zombies in Black Ops 1, so I know how much I’ve played CoD already. I enjoy the arcade feel of the series, but Advanced Warfare feels quite different. It’s the first CoD I haven’t been excited about lately. It seems to be becoming so unrealistic that it no longer feels enjoyable. I plan to get it when it releases and will share a review later, but I’d advise keeping your expectations realistic.
I haven’t faced any issues with BF4 either; it operates smoothly. However, there are many active BF3 servers, particularly the non-premium ones, since EA made Battlefield 3 available for free at some point in the past.
Still faces several unresolved issues with hit markers where my hits don’t register. The range problem is more pronounced on PC compared to what I experienced in Battlefield 3 on console. In Battlefield 3, I could see much farther and the terrain looked clear even at 1000 meters. We’re still dealing with weapons that take a long time to load—sometimes a minute or more—and by then I’m already losing a few times, unsure where my gear is. No dedicated servers from EA/DICE are available. The same software keeps claiming I don’t have it or it isn’t installed, even when it’s present. They should develop their own cheat detection tools if they can’t get this right. I’m using a high-end gaming PC, based in Korea with top-tier internet (100mbps), and mostly play on Asian servers to avoid ping problems. Just yesterday I played and started strong at 20-0, but a group of 120 players attacked me, using those floating MAV devices that knocked me out. For some reason, after they joined, my hit detection disappeared—my score dropped from 21 to 42 before the match ended.
Honestly, I don’t see much progress in advanced warfare. It seems they’re repeating the same animation style as before, copying something else, and so on. The graphics are decent, but I think this will end up being another unbalanced and inefficient project. The series has really taken a dip after Mw2.
I really enjoy Titanfall as well. If more players could join each match and the maps were available at no cost, it would be even better. The game was nearly ideal except for this issue. I’m now excited about this newer gaming style.
It seems like you're suggesting you should fix your game or improve your aim.
