Honestly, it seems you'll need to wait for improvements or upgrade your setup. Since it's Alpha, performance tweaks usually come later in development. Did DarkEnergy test those commands?

Using every core doesn't mean it's not being limited on the main thread. Seems the scaling cap is around quad-core performance. Aim for a consistent 60 FPS, needs high IPC from Haswell.

I also experience around 25 frames per second on a GTX 770 with an i5 4690K running at 4.4 GHz. Consider launching the game in low memory mode or disabling sky effects.

Compare it to a modern setup and push it to smooth performance.

This game on 980Ti seems really poor, barely runs at low speeds and looks bad. Crysis 1 appears to be a better experience.

I achieved 50-60 frames per second with minor adjustments, on a low setting.

I won’t waste much more time. I was just using the steam trial period one.

Wow, this definitely isn’t one of the best games I’ve ever played. I’m seeing around 35 frames per second at the suggested settings and just 20 FPS when using Epic settings. On a 980TI card.

These figures are approximate, so focus on how they relate to one another rather than their exact values.
