Thank you! All four slots are filled with two sets of CMK16GX4M2B3200C16, totaling 32GB. The 2933 speed remains using manual voltage adjustment. This is XMP profile #1. I plan to test XMP profile #2 later, which is the 3200 setting. I hope that works as well.

It seems like you're suggesting that four slots being completely filled might be the issue.

It's possible but unlikely to alter this outcome. This should function correctly now. I attempted to adjust settings further, but the system remains stuck at 2133 despite changes. I returned to 2933 and plan to test it with the updated BIOS next time.

Hi all! So for anyone else having this issue, here's my final update on this topic. I was too lazy to do the BIOS update back then, bc I knew it won't be long before I do a CPU upgrade. Which finally happened this week. So I have updated the BIOS to the latest one from 2021 May (for this board). And before switching the CPUs I have checked what's up with the RAM speed. And it was unchanged.. it defaulted to the "safe" 2133 speed, again. When trying to apply the 3200 XMP profile, it DID successfully increase the voltage to 1.35 or 1.36, which was surprising to see, but the speed remained unchanged at 2133. I did not try anything additional before moving on to the new CPU, BUT, I must note that since the voltage was automatically moving up to higher values, which was not always the case before, I do think, that maybe, if I spent some time with some manual settings trials, and memory re-seating, it might have worked out. Anyways, with the new 5600X the 3200 XMP profile applied like it should. no issues whatsoever. Thank you for the tips everyone! Cheers!
