DDR 1067x2 operates at 2133MHz, identical to its specification. The CPU-Z displays the actual clock speed as 1067MHz. The memory controller functions effectively up to 2933MHz. Consider using an XMP profile for optimal performance.

Thanks! I'm testing profile 1 now. It seems the changes aren't visible in Windows yet. taskmgr and ryzenmaster both show the same 1067, which doesn't look correct. Could it be important that I have four RAM sticks? I have two sets of CMK16GX4M2B3200C16, totaling 32GB of RAM.

It didn't respond well to the initial setup either... Disappointing. Turn on XMP profile, then adjust memory frequency to 2667mhz manually and check if it works. Aim for around 1333mhz. This should still be better than 1067mhz.

2133 equals the same as 1067 times two, which is the double data rate they refer to. That means whenever you see 1067, multiply it by two. The same applies if it’s 1500, resulting in 3000mhz. Because no two systems are identical, you can't rely on others' solutions. Give it a shot. Disable XMP. Raise the frequency from 2133mhz to around 2400mhz. Keep everything automatic and check if it posts. Record the settings the board selects. Gradually raise the frequency until it becomes unstable or stops posting. Then revert to a working speed and test stability.

2133 equals the same as 1067 multiplied by two. They refer to double data rate when you see 1067. Likewise, if it’s 1500, it’s 3000 megahertz. I get it now—it just means it’s still f**ked : D, yeah, I’ll give it a shot!

In my situation, BIOS adjustments are working, except for the frequency which still won’t rise. My manual timing entries remain intact even weeks later. Another person with identical issues eventually resolved it by disassembling and reassembling the PC, but without any other modifications. This hints at a possible faulty contact. Many users share similar configurations using XMP and 3200 speeds, making it plausible. I revisited the BIOS settings and tried a few tweaks: disabled XMP and reset manual timing to auto. The DRAM voltage stayed at 2133 but now reads 1.34 instead of auto mode—possibly a default setting or an oversight. Given the suggested minimum voltage was 1.34, it seems too high for my current setup. I attempted XMP again (last time before adjusting frequency manually), and after saving, it finally updated to 2933. The BIOS screen changed immediately when I re-entered it, but exiting without changes caused a failure, as the system rebooted and reset to 2133. It then returned to 2133 even though XMP was enabled. Ensure it's using slots 2 and 4 instead of 1 and 3. If that doesn't resolve the issue, it might be the board or CPU struggling with the speed.
