Gsmartcontrol is a free SMART values viewer. You can upload a screenshot of the relevant table and we’ll clarify the meaning of each value, or you can look them up online for more details.

This could range from the mainboard to the graphics card. A few components might be faulty—like an overheating processor or bad RAM. It’s possible anything is wrong, and the best approach is to test it step by step (remove the graphics card, use just one RAM module, etc.). If the issue persists, it’s likely hardware-related. The SMART data might provide useful insights similar to detailed configuration information. You usually see specific answers in forums, but they often don’t match your setup. If the system freezes completely, things are more serious. Sometimes driver problems are the cause—try installing an older NVidia driver first to rule that out.

This kind of random crashing often points to weak memory performance. I’d begin by checking that first.

Initially people focus on memory testing, but I don’t think it’s the typical cause. It’s usually the first thing checked simply because it’s straightforward to test. More often issues arise from the motherboard or power supply unit. I haven’t seen a bad memory recently, and even when I did, it still functions reasonably well with minimal crashes.
