Hey everyone, I’m facing some issues with my RAM. The system shows it running at 2133 MHz, but my RAM actually operates at 3200 MHz. Why can’t I take full advantage of that speed?

Consider the 10th generation processor with a maximum clock speed of 2666 MHz. Test it and check performance.

No, I didn't enable XMP in the BIOS.

10th gen chips can go beyond 2666, they just can't on locked motherboards like B460. OP is on a B560 board which allows for memory overclocking, so 3200 should be no problem in theory. OP, you need to go into the BIOS and enable XMP. If it's enabled and you're still having issues, we'll go from there.

I don't understand what you're referring to. Could you provide more details?

Many options are available, just search for "How to enable XMP on gigabyte motherboard." This is the resource I often suggest, even though numerous guides exist.

By default, your memory operates at JEDEC-approved rates. To achieve its recommended speed, you must overclock it. XMP is a configuration that holds the required adjustments and acts as a straightforward switch in the BIOS you can turn on. Once activated, the board will automatically increase the RAM speed using its built-in profile. Just open the BIOS and look for XMP, enable it (or sometimes you must choose between options like profile 1 or 2). It’s quite simple to understand.

I managed to get the XMP configuration, but after saving it, my monitor displayed a black screen and I couldn't use anything.
