I was very concerned about exceeding 1.3V after my last overclock. It was unexpected to see it recommended with the 10900k. I plan to explore LLC and Vcore connections. How should I manage Ring Ratio versus CPU Clock Ratio? I’d like to learn more about Ring Ratio. Thank you for the thorough answer. I’ll turn off MCE and follow up.

I completed RealBench on stock and it performed better than Prime95. It took about 15 minutes. HWinfo reported a max of 88c at 1.356v. I plan to begin overclocking soon. Would you suggest the following steps? My aim is to achieve stable 24/7 operation without harming CPU health. Use XMP, Profile 1, MCP off, CPU Core Ratio 49x, VCore 1.25V. Should I start higher or lower? Increase Core Ratio until Windows crashes, then boost LLC to stabilize performance. Keep raising Core Ratio and VCore until reaching my limit or crashing. Temperature reached 95c—should I aim for 90c instead? VCore 1.3V with LLC High is a strong option right now? I’m uncertain about the AVX offset value. I understand it should be low, but how low? Between 1 to 2 or 1 to 5? I’ve always seen it recommended to set it to zero. LLC adds more voltage during load spikes, helping with vDroop and vDrop correction. Multiple levels of LLC—25%, 50%, 75%, 100%—seems best. 50% to 75% appears optimal; 100% might be too much for now. Overvolting is likely possible with LLC, which is why I want to fine-tune it before pushing VCore.
