Typically steer clear of 1.4V at 7nm. If your device can't hit the needed speed, skip it. Additional details:

Run at 4GHz, it’s only a 5% perf difference—don’t let yourself wait for 200MHz

LLC medium, -30mV offset, scalar 2x or 3x, 130 PPT. Stay calm and let it handle itself. No need for the CPU to match every other CPU's speed. A bit slower but more reliable is preferable. Watch the SOC voltage and keep it in check.

I managed to get it to run at 4.2ghz and 1.3v for a while, but suddenly it lost stability out of nowhere. I’m stuck there. Will try higher voltage next.

Settings appear consistent with your expectations. If you aim for closer to 4.2ghz, check PBO multipliers in the settings menu.

Increase power output and observe voltage behavior under stress. Fine-tune LLC and/or scalar settings to maintain stable voltage during load changes. Be cautious of instability when adjusting clock speeds—voltage fluctuations may lead to over or under-voltage, risking crashes or hardware damage. The system will perform optimally within its limits; attempting higher outputs may exceed its capabilities.
