The motherboard features the 'Ryzen 9000 Ready' sticker, indicating it should come with the necessary BIOS update for a Ryzen 9000 series build. The amber light appears on the CPU or RAM? Make sure all cables are properly connected. Apologies for any confusion—just confirming everything is in order.

I noticed the amber glow at certain spots—it’s likely the DRAM light. I’ve ordered Corsair DDR5 RAM, arriving tomorrow. It’s unclear if this will make a big difference, but my current Teamgroup T-Create memory isn’t listed as supported on ASUS’ site. Everything else looks good; double-checked all cables and connections a few times.

It probably won't change much with the Corsair RAM, but it's definitely worth a shot. Not being listed on the QVL doesn't guarantee it won't function. They can't evaluate every single DDR5 kit available, which could be hundreds or even thousands. I've used many DDR5 kits with ASUS B650 boards that aren't on the list. Still, it might be worth giving Corsair a try—maybe the TeamGroup decisions are wrong. Could you share a photo of the motherboard with all the cables connected?

It was during that attempt I tried to start up. The CPU cooler fan was connected, HDMI was in the back, but nothing happened. I had updated the BIOS before installing any parts. After that, I booted again. Then I tried a BIOS flash using one stick of RAM and the CPU/cooler already in place.
