Good morning, I'm checking my new setup. It's installed on the motherboard case. I have a B650E-I with a 9800x3d and 2x16GB TCreate CL30 at 6000MHZ RAM. The BIOS was flashed twice already, but it still doesn't boot except for a faint amber light. I've moved the RAM to both slots without any change. I also cleared the CMOS, but nothing works. Any advice would be great.

The inquiry asks about the BIOS flashing process and requests a direct link to the downloaded BIOS update.

I've tried this several times by placing the UBS in the correct position, holding the BIOS flash until it appears three times, and then waiting. The result isn't a steady solid green—it keeps flashing, but I've noticed it functions properly.

Sure, I understand. I have the right board confirmed. I can provide a link if needed. Each time I was renamed, and I switched the USB devices twice.

Sure, I understand. The USB drive should be FAT32, not NTFS.

ExFat and fat32 are two distinct file systems used for storage.

FAT32 is the appropriate format to use. That seems unusual. Could you also provide a photo of the motherboard case?
