It seems your laptop is dead, but you're wondering if there were other things lost. Someone confirmed the M.2 drive was replaced, so maybe other components got damaged too.

My main thought would be the power supply unit. It seems likely if something failed internally, it might harm other parts too. Though often ignored during builds, it's probably the most critical part since issues there can affect other components. With SATA power using various voltages, one rail could be dead while others remain functional. This might result in the motherboard receiving 12V instead of the expected 5V, or vice versa. The next step would be replacing the power supply.
