I've already placed the Evga FTW3 2080 Ti Ultra X2. He seems reluctant to discuss the PC build, which is a bit sad. Based on what I've seen so far, the 9900K appears to be the only superior gaming chip compared to the 10980Xe, though it's unclear if the extra cores in the 10980Xe will benefit this streaming setup.
