It's actually pretty tricky managing two systems for two apps. You won't be able to fool him for long. The ITX setup also doesn't work well with Ryzen because it lacks an iGPU and you'll need a capture card for the only PCIe slot.

Absolutely, I can verify that. The 1070 Ti performs well even when streaming at 1080p60fps.

I thought it would be best to mention that with unlimited resources, the ideal moment to develop two systems is right there. Such individuals likely wouldn’t waste time juggling multiple setups like OBS and gaming on separate machines, which is common in PC enthusiast circles. Interestingly, many with that kind of passion lack the budget to actually create or experiment with those configurations.
