Only a handful of folks here shared that unity improved. I set it up and was let down—only 30fps at low quality. YEY! My CPU is an I3 4150 (soon I’ll have an I5 4460) and the GPU is R9 280X.

I’m skipping AC games right now, particularly on PC. For a better experience, a console might be the better choice given the quality of Ubisoft’s ports.
