Attempted to complete the contact form but had to leave the serial field empty, so I wrote "I can't find the serial". Submitting resulted in an empty page with no confirmation or email. Reminder to avoid purchasing Lian Li again.

They present strong arguments. It's possible their software isn't their strongest feature.
This can happen with many hardware options. It really depends on how well you're doing and whether you need both elements correct.
They aren't limited to just one... Razer is also similar in that regard.
