Eventually reaching level 30 brings a noticeable improvement in smoothness for most players. Seeing yourself hit 22 in a Bethesda title raises some concerns, as performance tends to drop significantly when action appears on the screen. Probably a sign of a slower frame rate if you don’t catch it—others will definitely notice the 22 frames per second.

Sub 30 stands out clearly, though it isn't ideal. I don't require 200 fps, but maintaining over 45 frames per second is much better.

It's about finding a balance when you reach your limit—once you start moving toward 60, playing most games smoothly at that speed becomes tough. Similar to the 22fps in Fallout 4, which is impressive for a card with 1900mhz and at least 5GB RAM, making it modern enough. You definitely shouldn't settle for 22fps.

60 is the clear best choice. Yet, certain standout titles run at 30fps on consoles. I’d prefer a consistent 30 rather than something faster that keeps changing.

It's fine to pay attention to frame rate, as long as you understand your limits. Reducing it isn't ideal, but higher numbers aren't always better. Certain games could be tough to play under 60fps, while others might run smoothly at 30fps.

I’m okay with anything above 30-40, that’s all I care about. Why I prefer 4K is because it looks better, and I don’t want to waste money on low refresh rate 2K screens that just look bad.

Absolutely, you're the only one who ignores frame rate completely. /smh It's a strange and self-centered question. As if not caring makes you special or unique. Or that worrying about frame rates turns us into elitist or prejudiced people. We all have some level of concern for frame rates, just like we care about our car's speed or the taste of our food. The extent varies based on many things. Reducing it to such a simple point doesn't make sense.
