Frame rate stability is more crucial than total FPS numbers. The balance between resolution and FPS depends on individual tastes, though 22 is quite low. What concerns me more is the observation that your Codworth seems to have changed gender.

I'm using a 4K60 display for all three PC Series X and PS5. I don't care about the games these consoles support at 4K120 or the types of titles that need 4K120. My setup has a 1440p165 and I haven't played any games that required more than 60p. I also own a 3080 monitor.
