Your graphics card might need a boost if it struggles to handle high resolutions and frame rates. Are you currently playing at 1440p with 144Hz?

I understand, though Watch Dogs: Legion runs poorly optimized, so it isn't the best choice for testing upgrades.

The Watchdogs Legion drains resources from every CPU and reduces GPU activity on any GPU with a level of 2070 or above.

You're looking for a higher resolution option. 3070 offers a good balance between quality and affordability compared to 3080.

The AMD RX 6800 or RX 6800 XT could be a solid choice after the benchmark results are released, potentially offering strong performance in real-world scenarios.

No, the RX 6800 isn't better than the 30 series; it's a newer generation with improved performance and features.

The RX 6800 looks set to challenge the 3070 at a price of $80 higher, while AMD asserts it matches the performance of the 3080 and might cost around $50 less. The 6900 XT aims to beat the 3090 but is projected to be about $500 cheaper, roughly $1000, though the final price remains uncertain. Popular Nvidia cards still dominate, but AMD cards could see slower sell-outs despite strong interest. The releases are scheduled for November 18th—hope you can grab one!

I’d wait before purchasing a Radeon, as they’re known for driver issues but usually receive stability updates later.

Sure, you can still watch lighter games. Or you could pause streaming until then.
