this might actually be the case. even though I'm not very familiar with bottlenecks, I'm pretty sure others have mentioned that odd RAM settings can act as a roadblock.

Check if purchasing two sticks is the main issue. If not, consider pausing your streaming and gaming until the bottleneck is fixed. Adjusting game settings might help maintain streaming without interruption. It’s frustrating when you can’t stream while dealing with this problem.

only what i mentioned was adjusting your ram to a standard level such as 8, 16, 32, etc. after that, restart your games and see if it works.
