It would be clearer if you reviewed the right chart. The data showed changes from 1810 to 2000 during testing, while at idle it remained at 1800.

It's odd how high it is, really. The GPU clock is at 210Mhz, and there might be something keeping it active.

I think it means you're still using a 210MHz setting, which is indeed 2100Hz. If that's right, then your calculation of 180MHz seems off.

That’s unusual, I’m curious about what’s maintaining the load. Since nothing is visible in Task Manager and GPU usage isn’t showing, could there be a configuration that ensures constant demand?

The Windows power plan might allow the CPU to maintain its high performance without reducing clock speed. I haven't looked into how the GPU behaves under this setting.
