I've been experiencing AuthenticAMD.sys errors for a while now and am determined to find the cause, as these issues are really frustrating.
My latest minidump files: https://file.io/FN8KhhcX2uc3
I also have a kernel memory dump, but it's too large to upload. However, it displays:
Bugcheck code: 0x124(0x0, 0xFFFF930CDAE02028, 0xBC800800, 0x60C0859)
Bugcheck name: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
I've run memtest on my RAM and found no errors. My Seasonic PSU is over 10 years old and was recently replaced, though I haven't noticed any issues. Temperatures are normal. The crashes occur when using Windows 11 without heavy tasks. All drivers are up to date.
The only possibility I have is that my Ryzen 5900X is starting to fail. I've tried reseating it, applying new thermal paste, and replacing the RAM sticks and GPU, but nothing changed. Same applies to the CPU.
I'm uncertain if I should return the product or buy a replacement, as I don't have the original receipt and I'm not 100% sure it's the CPU. I'm open to buying a new one since they're not that costly, but first I need to rule out other possibilities. The last thing I'd try is reinstalling Windows 11 to see if it resolves the problem.
Any advice would be appreciated?

Hey there,
List your full PC specs.
What version of windows are you using.
Are all chipset drivers and system drivers up to date? What bios are you using currently?

Hey,
Windows 11 Pro N 64-bit
AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 55 °C
Corsair CMH32GX4M2Z3600C18 16GBx4 = 64.0GB Dual-Channel DDR4 @ 1314MHz (18-18-18-43) – I intentionally keep speeds lower just for safety
MSI MAG X570 TOMAHAWK WIFI (MS-7C84) (AM4) 36 °C
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 (ASUStek Computer Inc) 36 °C
1863GB Samsung SSD 860 QVO 2TB (SATA SSD) 25 °C
931GB Samsung SSD 980 PRO 1TB
1863GB Western Digital WD Blue SN580 2TB
All chipset and system drivers are current. I’m running the newest non-beta BIOS from MSI.

download and execute this file.
you're facing several build issues, but the main issue lies with the three copies of overclocking software.
start autoruns64 and remove the entry that appears like this:
NTIOLib_X64_fffff80328740000 NTIOLib_X64.sys Fri Dec 22 00:42:29 2023
this conflicts with a driver in another folder.
NTIOLib_X64.sys Mon Jan 22 02:01:33 2024
the setup program fails to delete the old driver before installing the new one in a different location.
the problem stems from drivers that increment CPU speed slightly each time, and the second copy leads to instability, triggering the bugcheck.
(i would remove both copies of ntiolib_x64.sys) – this was my first attempt at fixing it).
your third overclock driver is AMDRyzenMasterDriver.sys (Tue Aug 1 00:37:54 2023).
this driver doesn't align with the BIOS date (7/2024); consider updating it to match your BIOS.
(second fix would involve updating this driver and the chipset drivers to align with the BIOS version).
please also remove:
DellInstrumentation.sys (Tue Mar 19 06:56:38 2024)
and trufos.sys (Thu Jul 20 04:40:54 2023)
note: the CPU reported an internal error and initiated the bugcheck.
once the drivers are corrected, the CPU should be stable again.

I removed MSI Command Center, which should have addressed the first issues you mentioned, right? I’m having trouble finding any NTIOLib files on my system.
I ran the AMD chipset update utility and it updated everything related to the chipset and CPU. I also checked what updates were available from MSI, but I can’t locate AMDRyzenMasterDriver.sys. From what I see, I don’t have that driver installed, and there’s nothing in the AMD folder.
To delete trufos.sys, I’d need to remove Bitdefender. Is this necessary?

I removed the dump files for unclear reasons. What do you think?

Apologies for that. It's not advisable to rely on cloud services that remove files quickly. Instead, please download the SysnativeBSODCollectionApp and place it on your Desktop. After running it, upload the generated zip file to a cloud service using the link provided—one that won't delete your files. The SysnativeBSODCollectionApp compiles all available troubleshooting information, making problem diagnosis much simpler. It does not gather any personal data. This tool is trusted by several well-known Windows help forums, including this one. I'm a senior BSOD analyst on the Sysnative forum where it originated, so I can confirm it's safe to use.

You may want to inspect the contents of the zip file before uploading, as most files are text documents. Avoid modifying or removing anything. For details about each file, refer to the provided link.

I ran my RAM test with memtest for ten hours without any issues. I'm unsure what to do next except replace the CPU or format the drive, which is really frustrating.
