The PX1000G specifications indicate only two SATA connectors, so can I install three SSDs or HDDs in my system? Additionally, regarding the GPU, many people are skeptical about Zotac, but online discussions suggest other brands may also face similar issues or warranty problems. Strix 4080 and Zotac Super AMP 4080 are priced alike. Personally, I don’t see a need for a different GPU, but I’d like to know if brand choice affects long-term service or performance.

You possess two SATA ports but each cable branches into four connectors. Asus is facing issues with poor customer service for both the motherboard and GPU. I wouldn’t rank them higher than Zotac at this point. Consider the 4080 Super.
Have you confirmed details with PrimeABGB regarding the monitor and shipping?

The monitor I want is M27Q 170hz, but I'm considering the M27Q X which has a higher frequency of 240hz. Thank you for all the responses, I plan to complete this setup and purchase it this weekend.

After using the this build for a week, I am extremely happy with the build and performance.
@Lucky_SLS
Thanks for helping me with the build.
Following is quick review and minor issues that might help someone who is considering similar build,
Temps stay at around 80 while playing heavy games, if I have air conditioner on then temps stay at around 60. Case being an m-ATX it does take a bit more work to do any changes. I had to remove GPU to install SATA cables. But overall the case is good and perfectly fits my needs.
Monitor is also great, I don't see any ghosting or other issues. You may notice slight edge bleeding if you are not sitting right in front of the monitor. One issue I have with this monitor is that vesa mount is slightly deeper inside so sliding in the monitor arm plate is not possible. It is little inconvenient if someone has similar monitor arm.
GPU, great performance but it doesn't allow you to control brightness of the LED and it is too bright. I had to disable the LED. What's weird is, Firestorm has option for breathing effect where LED changes brightness but doesn't allow you to manually set the brightness.

For RGB controls, experiment with the signal—it may detect and allow you to adjust the brightness.
