Hello
I'm setting up a new gaming PC and trying to learn 3D software. Here are the parts I'm considering, and I'm wondering if they're a good choice. Could I save a bit without making too big of a change? A budget of around 14500 seems possible. I'd like to stick with Intel, since my previous experience with AMD brought up many driver problems.

Processor: i7-14700
AIO: CoolerMaster PL360 (can I use air cooling or the stock heatsink?)
MOBO: MSI Pro-Z790-S-WIFI
Memory: G.Skill Trident Z5 6400Mhz 32 x 2
M.2: Corsair MP600 Pro LPX 2TB x 2
GPU: Zotac 4080 AMP Super
PSU: MSI MPG A1000G
CASE: Lian Li Lancool II
Monitor: AW2723DF (Are there any 2k or 27-inch alternatives worth looking into?)

I have never faced any driver problems with AMD CPUs, though it seems possible they could occur. Both the Core i7 147000 and i5 14500 are excellent choices for gaming; however, the i5 will lack a few cores (both physical and logical) compared to the Core i7, which might affect your daily tasks depending on the software or projects you use. For air cooling, a dual tower unit with two fans works well for the i5, especially if you choose a good airflow case. Just ensure it provides adequate airflow; otherwise, you can look up reviews online to assess performance. Regarding monitors, I’m not sure what you’re seeking, but LG offers many great display options, along with some Samsung and MSI models.

At work I rely on Cad-based software from Zeiss, and I've never experienced any driver problems with my AMD or Intel systems. 🤷‍♂️
I prefer the i7 processor as it offers better longevity.
Could you add your build to a PCPP list and share it? This would help with comparing parts and pricing.

I would recommend options like this to reduce expenses:
For the 14700k, an AIO is needed for heavy usage.
If you prefer a DDR5 upgrade at a higher price:

Are you recommending 14700k instead of 14700? I was planning to choose 14700 so perhaps I can save on the cooler. The RAM you mentioned isn't available in India.
Also, your list suggested 3400Mhz ram, shouldn't I aim for at least 6000Mhz?
If the case size is a bit large, it might fit under my desk, but I'm not sure. Is Lancool II okay? I'll look into available cases that match my needs. (I need 3 slots for HDD, maybe I'll drop one and go with 2 slots).
Thanks for all the suggestions.

There are six thousand speeds that are DDR5 exclusive. The RAM they offered is DDR4. The performance gap between the two is minimal because of the higher latency in DDR5 compared to DDR4. Switching to DDR4 can be cost-effective, while DDR5 provides better future compatibility. I wouldn’t opt for a HDD unless you need extremely large storage capacities.

I reviewed your setup and price range, and here’s a more affordable option. Because of availability in India, this might not suit everyone.

Thanks, I'll choose the Corsair 2500D Airflow case. I need to use at least two of the three HDDs, otherwise it would be an ATX case. I recently noticed some users complaining about Adata M.2 drives failing too soon. Should I go with Corsair or Kingston instead?
